Well, im younger than him (just) and only a couple of years out of the Marines, so yeah i'm still in reasonable nick (thanks for checking).

FTR - I've just rewatched highlights of the West Brom, Spurs, Arsenal and a couple of other games from THIS SEASON, and can confirm - he is, indeed, a bit of a carthorse.

Joking aside, it is hard to predict which players will cope with the step up. Fans and players get it wrong. I think it was more than just a drop in form personally.
