Chesterfield fans have now pinched this!

Can we please slow it down and keep it going for longer? It's a great chant, but the newbies are ruining it!!

Some seem to like it, others hate it, and no one knows where it originated from....... for the last 20 years.

Ian Royal
Ouroboros
grey_squirrel Just bumped into Bill. He was filming in London. What a nice chap - very very short - , and though he apologised for really being a ManU supporter, he considered their Cup victory to be good for our chances of surviving the drop.

Expressed his disappointment at never having actually heard his song on MOTD, TV etc.

That is all.

Did he not watch the cup game then? Come on Bill, pay attention.

It was quite quiet, I can imagine if you don't know what it sounds like you wouldn't recognise it. Come across lot better at other games this season. And of course there's the issue that the pace and sometimes even tune bares no resemblence to the song its based on.

It wasn't as quiet as the Machester town librarians in the other stands. What's more, he knows what it sounds like - the guy sang it to him during his university appearance. As mentioned, he needs to pay more attention!

What we need is a request for Madonna's Erotic to be played over the tannoy five minutes before kick off.

You could hear them clear enough when they thought the ref gave a decision the wrong way.
