TheLawnMowerMan
cmonurz So do as you please, leave as early as you wish, but take the stick in good grace.

You must be a total idiot.
Why should somebody take stick "in good grace" for leaving a game of football early?
Get a life - let people do what they want if they aren't harming you.

You seem very confused. I made it quite clear in my post that I've no issue with people leaving the game early, I am absolutely 'letting people do what they want'.

But if you leave a game early and Reading enjoy a remarkable comeback win, you should expect, and take with good humour, a bit of a ribbing. I couldn't give two hoots if the ground is half empty in injury time. But if we win a game in injury time, I'll have a good old laugh at those sitting in their cars on the A33.

SLAMMED Leaving early deserves all the stick it gets. Mainly because you all walk in front of the people decent enough to stay til the end.

I didn't leave early but spent the entire 93 minutes waiting for the Reading team to turn up.

The bit I take issue with is that you consider it OK to give other people stick for leaving early.
What gives you that right?

If you can't work it out it's not worth my time.

Enjoy the rest of your "Nobbing"

I will defend with my last breath your right to leave early but that still makes you a poor supporter, well a non-supporter actually, by definition, as you've absented yourself from supporting.

Who is that directed to?
If me I wonder if you think I'm doing this because I'm a "leaving early person".
My point is merely that it is totally unacceptable for people to have a go at people because they choose to leave early.
Judging them as a "poor supporter" for doing so is also a total travesty.
Everybody posting on this with an anti-people leaving early view is either a hypocrite or a bigot, or maybe both.

We all have our own opinion. You have no place telling people if they are right or wrong...

Now fuck off

paultheroyal Leaving early alert, leaving early alert.

Childcare issues as partner is away in Brighton.

Looks like I will have to leave 5 minutes early to get to the car and out of green park before the rush! Let's hope we are 3 up by then.

Being sat in Y24 I dare not leave early for all the stick that would of been thrown my way particularly of the old cantankerous old git near us and his troops who always go early and missed a number of key goals this season.

Thankfully, the performance on the pitch bailed me out today as I left on 80 mins.

Pretty apt really as there were a good number of non-players on the pitch!

My congratulations on your milestone of so many posts of undoubted rubbish, similar to the above.
If you could only discover the difference between fact and opinion you could do more in one post than you have in all your previous ones.

With you there, although sadly I didn't have the wisdom to leave early.
