Don't post here very often, more of an avid reader, but was going through this when trying to get to sleep last night and thought I'd share...

What would be your ultimate Reading team? My first game was late 1994 so have only included players I've seen rather than legends.

Cheating a bit with the left winger but he has played there for Chelsea since. I struggled most with either fitting in a left winger, or finding someone else to go alongside Sidwell in the centre (with Gylfi moving to the left.) Kevin Doyle very unlucky to miss out.

I'm not sure how well this team would actually work in practice. Might be lacking a bit of pace at the back and am unsure about Gylfi in the centre in a 4-4-2.

I've left Upson out as a loan, but I'd be torn between Upson, Williams, Ingi, Sonko and Wdowczyk. Mariappa could force himself in there if he carries on this way for a few seasons.

Left wing seems to be the hardest place to find people.
