Silver Fox They can have my money now if they want it, especially if it's the £350 I paid last year

said exactly this to a colleague this morning, so I thought I'd check club policies for news/rumour

anyway, colleague bought new seats for this season:

Season tickets 2012/13
East and north stands:
Adults £525, 16 & under £150, concessions (65 & overs and 17-21s) £330

Upper west stand:
Adults £595, 16 & under £200, concessions (65 & overs and 17-21s) £400

he'd doubtless be thrilled to see a sub £400 renewal.

Do we assume that £525/£595 would be the going r8 for a "price freeze" if we stay up?

I think I paid £395 in the UW. If RFC want another £200 from me and the missus and £100 for each of the boys I can't see me renewing.

Even at a price freeze I wont be forking out £800+ for me and my kids. I'll have to go back to going on my own. That's just too much for Championship football. I'd just about justify the cost for the PL.

If we go down I'll happily stick with aways because much better atmosphere and tickets will be easier to come by than this season 8)

I renewed when we were 2nd in the table (day of Brighton Away) and only paid £395.

£350 & relegated = tempted to renew
£350 & stay up = not renewing
£500+ = not renewing

You won't be saying that when we're 2-0 down at home to Ipswich on a cold Tuesday evening in front of 14000 fans.

I can only go to about half the games but if S/T is less than £350 I might buy one and sell/give away the ones I can't make.

Playing like a sack of **** at home to Wigan is still better than playing like a sack of **** at home to Watford :|

Don't mind the Championship and I prefer a lot of it but I still want us to do our best and compete at the highest level we can.

Go to half the games and stick the other half on Viagogo, and it pays for your season ticket.

The boy and I are in France this weekend it visit family, and we've sold our Villa tickets for £55 each. That goes straight into the pot for our renewals.

You'll only make money on Viagogo for matches that sell out where there are people wanting to buy tickets. Much less likely in the Championship.

I've had to sell 6 games due to work and profited on all. Only two were big name games.

If you're a season ticket holder, how does selling games on Viagogo work? Do they remove the game from your card and sell it as a paper ticket then?
