Adkins, Di Canio, Di Matteo, Poyet or Advocaat would be fine.

I voted "Someone else".

Someone with a track record of liking the team to play with the ball on the deck, and preferably some "unknown" manager from continental Europe, someone like Michael Laudrup for example. But it would mean a MASSIVE rebuilding of the team. The only thing this team is set up to do is play hoofball...it would be like asking a pig to fly.

It'll be years before we see the PL again, if we ever do make it back...The Reading Way will only take you so far in the FA.

^I echo that would love a continental manager. But anyone thinking Advocaat will join us in this state is a massive oxf*rd

Gus Poyet

thats why i think Poyet would be a good shout, south american heritage and years of experience playing, coaching and managing in the UK.

Add Parkinson to the poll, or maybe someone like Karl Robinson. Wouldn't mind a young manager with lots of potential, it didn't work out with Rodgers but could with someone like him.

Steve McLaren could be worth a shout, although he's a cock end.

Whilst I am not disabled, on behalf of all disabled Reading fans, as well as all disabled people and all other people with any morals, I would just like to say "oxf*rd off Glen Hoddle".

Well, I'd like Brian to be reappointed ideally...

Failing that, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer from Molde.

You wouldn't have been in 2008 or 2009.

I voted Poyet based on the names available. Has always been quite complimentary about us in the past. I wouldn't mind Bruce even though others might think I am mad.
