It might. You never know and if it does between yourselves and Wigan then that hatrick helps. On a bad day for Reading it is something for you to hold onto. You never know with football. I learned that in 2005 when i refused to admit defeat when 3 - 0 down to AC Milan. Earlier that season in the champions league group stages Liverpool were 80/1 to win it. Reading are probably about 4/1 to beat the drop. KEEP THE FAITH.

The deliberate stamp on the Zenit player towards the end of the second leg of their Europa League tie goes uncommented on then...?

No doubting the ability of the guy, he's really turned it on since about September and seems to have started hitting the net more regularly rather than spaffing guilt-edged opportunities. At one stage he was primed to turn into Liverpool's Andy Cole who could never shake the criticism of missing as many glaring opportunities as he scored. BUT, and it's a big but, the guy is a nasty, nasty piece of work and one day someone's going to really hurt him. He's asking for it. The consistent amount of deliberately aimed challenges designed to potentially injure really undoes the ability aspect for me.

And he used to play for Ajax.

UEFA reviewed it and determined it was an accident, in the replays it's clear it was an accident.

'Deliberately aimed challenges designed to potentially injure.' LOL

I highlighted on another thread how so many thought Nani innocent last week when many were ready to hang Suarez for a similar incident at Stoke.

Fair play to him he did a interview before today's match and came across as a pretty nice bloke. Obviously once he gets on to the field he becomes a massively talented pcunt but he thoroughly deserves to win a player of the year award this season.

Can't beat the silver speckled Candy number of the late 80s.

Accident my arse, he clearly forces his foot into the back of the guy who is on the floor. No attempt to try to prevent his foot making contact. There are so many incidents of him doing this kind of thing, just a quick search brings a dozen incidents up. But of course he plays for Liverpool, making him the victim. He's no victim, he's just a pcunt and he is the only player I hope he has his leg snapped one day. A shame really, he's such a technically gifted player.

How can you have any idea if it was an accident or not? I can't make my mind up. I really don't like 'know it all' scousers
so not defending him

Any regular human being would make attempts to avoid making contact. Suarez makes no attempt to avoid it.

Previous incidents also back up the deliberate assertion.

You're seeing the incident for what you want it to be. Pretty clear Suarez tries to 'skip' off the back of him when he can't avoid contact. Hence UEFA taking no action.

Whilst you may be more familiar with Bracknell than Lady Bracknell, surely you'd agree that one stamp might be considered misfortune, two looks like carelessness.
