Lee Mason, you are a complete and utter cowardly c8nt! :twisted: :twisted: You completely bottled that penalty decision and, in doing so, cheated us out of the chance of getting something from that game. :twisted:

No doubt the clowns that employed you will still give you a pat on the back for not upsetting Fergie! :twisted:

Except even the tv announcers went on for 10 minutes of game time how it should have been a penalty and were incredulous it wasn't awarded. Just another in a long line of decisions which haven't gone "little Reading's" way this season. In fact Mason was the ref for the game at Stamford Bridge where Torres' goal, which he was feet offside, was allowed...

Pretty difficult to blame the ref for a lino`s poor decisions

Just commenting on the shitty officiating and how Mason was part of at least one other game where the "best officials" in the world couldn't get it right. Tonight was Mason's turn...

Ref was shocking for sure - no surprise that he is from Lancashire...

As someone correctly suggested, no doubt he will get a pat on the back for keeping SAF happy :(

Mason is same shit ref who screwed us over at Chelsea;
Chelsea got a penalty for a dive
Chelsea's 3rd goal was offside and he knew it

And ignored the penalty call at home against Sunderland

NO SURPRISE THEN THAT AT OLD TRAFFORD HE IS INFLUENCED AND SCARED

Except he screwed us over when we beat Sunderland not giving us the penalty. As he was so close to the offside at Chelsea he should of overruled the Lino and was 8ft from the Sunderland incident but got spooked by the away fans.

Don't think Mason got too much wrong, although i did think we should had had a penalty, however at Old Trafford against Man Utd, we were never going to get that, and nor would any other team. Have to say he is consistant then.

He was stood about 3 yards from the Marriappa penalty and from that side had a perfect view of it.

Didn't we also have a fair shout in the first half - I have a vague memory of Hunt going over in the box

Apart from missing the obvious push there was no parity in his decisions elsewhere, evidenced by his not letting Hunt back on for about a minute after having to change his shirt but Rooney walks straight back on about 5 yards away from where the ball is, and that after he stopped the game when we had a chance to shoot because of Rooney's head "injury"

The fact that people are able to say this sort of thing and not look stupid is a terrible indictment of the footballing authorities. Truth is, officials do bottle decisions at Old Trafford and yet the FA, PL, PGMO etc. do nothing about it. Meantime, that barsteward Fergie is allowed to get away with doing and saying whatever he wants - look at how long he refused to give post match interviews to the BBC (in breach of PL requirements for managers) because he didn't like what they had said about his son. :twisted:

Would love to see how many points Man Utd benefit from each season due to intimidating spineless officials.

Not disagreeing with the decisions, just cringing at the weekly thread blaming the ref for our failings this season
