In today's Times Tony Cascarino is predicting the Reading will only get one more point this season - a draw with Manchester City. He predicts that Reading, QPR and Sunderland will be relegated.

Wow what a guru! Any numpty would say us & QPR! I think Villa down with us & QPR FTR. They haven't done anything to convince me they'll get out of it.

Royal Ginger Stop it. I don't want the hope only to have it dashed again. I'm now thinking "better odds then we had of finishing top last season with 19 to go." STOP GIVING ME FALSE HOPE!

I want us to have a right good go until the bitter end. The one game I really want to win is QPR. Dragging those cnuts down with us would actually give me quite a lot of comfort!

Aye. I've made peace with relegation, however I have three provisos:

1: We give it a good crack
2: QPR come down with us
3: It's not West Ham that makes it mathematically certain

I'd like to see us get past 30 points as finishing in the 20's would be pretty lame. Wins at home against QPR & Saints would be nice & maybe a shock win against Citeh or the Scousers to give us all a warm fuzzy feeling for next year.

That'll do me.

LOL I saw that. You have to laugh or you'll cry. Even the most STG people would not have thought we'd be gone with a fifth of the season left. This season cannot end early enough.

Actually contemplated putting money on us to go down in Jan as we were 4/5 then. Really wish I had now.

I blame it on the crap home kit we were made to play in this season. Toys r Us design = childish performances.

if that means we are 200/1 to stay up, I might have a nibble.

What else was he expected to say? In fact what else could anyone who follows football say. Bit hash to have a go at someone for stating the obvious.

Stoke and Sunderland looking fairly imperiled now due to Wigan and Villas form.
They play each other on 4 May so could be a relegation decided if they continue their bad results.
Sad for us they can't both lose every remaining game, though not like we're going to get 11 points from anywhere...
