Voted for 'Other' as our midfield would be much better with him in it.

Reading fans are registered as number 13, so I'll be voting for us! We've sold out at an average of 97% this season for home games, so I think considering the diabolical football this season, we deserve a chuffing thank you and discount on season tickets next season to come back for more!

In second place would be Mariappa.

MmmMonsterMunch McAnuff for me. Total professional on & off the pitch and 8 assists this season too.

Listening to him now just makes me feel even angrier at the tw@ts who jeer him. Top bloke.

+2. Just listened to his interview on BBC Berks, the guy is brilliant. Great cross today.

Fed had a shakey start but came good again. Not really been at fault for our dire season, and for that reason, I'm in.

That says more about you than the Reading fans, imo.

To be honest it has to be Le Fondre, the only slightly light spot in an otherwise totally crap season.

In many ways though I would back idea of votes for Gunnarsson or Tabb as generally the whole team has been utterly shocking at this level (although that obviously wasn't helped by the bad management) but at least they've shown professionalism, determination and respectability while playing beyond themselves for this - and over previous seasons in the case of Gunnarsson

It's a vote for our best player, and it's a vote against fukwits.

I'm voting for the goal frame. Saved us from some greater beatings, always consistent & more movement than Ian Harte.

Contenders
Federici - started the season terribly and arguably single handedly cost us about 5 points early on.
Le Fondre - not really started eniugh or done enough when starting.
Mariappa - positionally apalling early in his run in the side.
Pearce - weaker recently compared to an improved Mariappa.
McAnuff - lacked effectiveness at times.

For me it's McAnuff, at least partly because of the totally unfair abuse he gets on here, and because he's consistently been one of our hardest workers pulling his weight at the back and our most effective attacker.

Alf: His goals have provided the most exciting moments (of which there have been few) this season.
