SPARTA Nigel Adkins confirms only Jimmy Kebe is not fit for Saturday, so Carrico is fit and raring to go...

If he can't get in ahead of Leigertwood then he must be bloody awful!

He hasn't been listed as among the injuries all season though has he?

Does it count under BM? He handed out injuries as punishments..

Carrico's first training session here was with a heavily strapped knee.

There is something the club is not telling us about Carrico and it is probably along the lines of he joined us crocked and has stayed that way. I doubt you will see him again in an RFC shirt.

Also call me a cynic but why does Kebe always do a disappearing act at this time of the season?

You are a cynic. Kebe injured his groin during the Everton game for all to see.

One for Ian - Obita has an infection ans wont train again until next week.

Kebe also out, but everyone else in contention according to Adkins. Federici or McCarthy back in? McCarthy has had a couple of games since returning to training, Feds hasn't.

Come on, melonhead. He lied about Federici being injured to protect him from the media, and he blatantly lied about Guthrie's injuries right up until his dismissal, then he was fully fit for Adkins first game. Take your RTG's off for once.

If he can't get in then he's been a total waste of a signing

Thanks Div. Shame. on the rest of your post I'd go McCarthy, but expect Federici. Won't be shocked if its Taylor, seeing as he's in possession.

Adkins played 4-4-2 every week in the Championship. He's more pragmatic than Rodgers- and even Rodgers used 4-4-2 eventually!

Portuguese football blokey on the radio when we signed him said that he really isnt a midfielder and he is a defender - due to his poor ball control and the suchlike. I thought he showed potential in the small 45 min cameo against west brom - but maybe he just isnt the position we all are dying for him to be!

It'd be nice if Carrico was fit, just to give us another option. He might well be w*nk but I didn''t think he was anywhere near as bad as some thought against West Brom and could possibly do a job for us.

Being reported in the Mail that Pearce is to be dropped by Adkins over his contract dispute. No idea if true, we'll know in 15 hours I suppose.

Mad if true
