Someone aged 21 or under/65 or over can lend their ticket to an Adult and pay the cost of upgrading the ticket on 3 occasions in the season/for any evening games they can't make as too old/young to attend.

I think it means that if you have a kid's ST you can upgrade it to an adult* ST 3 times, plus you can also do that for any evening games

I read it that kids tickets can be upgraded for as many evening games as you like, plus three non-evening kickoffs - good move by the club from my perspective - my lad doesn't come to school night evening games so I can upgrade that ticket rather than waste it - last year it was four upgrades and that was your lot regardless of kickoff time...

said exactly this to a colleague this morning, so I thought I'd check club policies for news/rumour

anyway, colleague bought new seats for this season:

Season tickets 2012/13
East and north stands:
Adults £525, 16 & under £150, concessions (65 & overs and 17-21s) £330

Upper west stand:
Adults £595, 16 & under £200, concessions (65 & overs and 17-21s) £400

he'd doubtless be thrilled to see a sub £400 renewal.

Do we assume that £525/£595 would be the going r8 for a "price freeze" if we stay up?

I think I paid £395 in the UW. If RFC want another £200 from me and the missus and £100 for each of the boys I can't see me renewing.

Delighted sense has been seen. £1000 for the family, painful but less than feared.

Sensible pricing. I think they would struggle pricing above the £400 barrier and have to give renewals a bit of a discount so £375 and £395 are their only realistic choices.

I think I paid £395 for my seat in the UW and £99 for each of the kids on the earlybird deal at the beginning of this season. Up to £425 and £125ea respectively doesn't sound like a great deal to me as it was on the verge of being unafforadable for me anyway. A bit disappointed TBH..... May not be able to afford to renew now.....

I am a bit thick at maths-but does that mean if you miss more than 8 games its not worth getting a season ticket ?

Members day ticket is £25 -the other two prices are for non members ?-this passed me by somewhere-I thought non members could never get into the "home " ends ?

Two adults and two children STs comes to £1000. That's 92 games between the four of us, which works out at a shade under £11 per game, each. The vouchers we'll get will pretty much pay for a shirt for each of the kids, plus they get to bring a mate along to a game each for free.

If I take the family to the cinema, for example, it usually works out at something around £40, so it seems pretty reasonable to me. That's not to say that it's an insignificant amount of money, of course.

Yeah, pretty much.

Non-members can generally get into the home ends, but if the club think this is likely to result in large numbers of away fans applying for tickets, I believe they can restrict the sales to members only.

Yeah, pretty much.

Non-members can generally get into the home ends, but if the club think this is likely to result in large numbers of away fans applying for tickets, I believe they can restrict the sales to members only.
