St. Brynjar Hunt & Roberts was the best partnership I've seen. Complimented each other so well.

The best? Really?

You can't have been watching Reading for long then.

Ian Royal It's all a bit pointless though isn't it.

Totally pointless yes, but anyway.....my view was they settled down (midway through the first half) into McLeary on the right, Blackman through the middle and McAnuff on the left having started (R-L) McLeary-McAnuff-Blackman.

Not particularly long, since 03/04. I'd like to see the stats for PPG we have with this partnership compared to other notable ones.

So you were around during the Doyle/Kitson era and still think that Hunt and Roberts was a better partnership?

Deary me.

Bring back Butler and Cureton, or even Horrix and Senior. Now those were partnerships.

Not a shadow on Noel Hunt and Roberts, though.

+1 for Doyle and Kitson.

Hell, throw Lita in there and that was a pretty special Trio.

Nothing compares to Williams and Scott - awesome pairing.

Back in the years when I was taking a lot of drugs.

Best partnership I have seen at the club was Quinn and Lovell! They were goal machines. Especially Quinn.. a cross that found his head in the opponents box usually equaled goal.

How about worst front for Reading we have seen?

Look at the post above yours. It's the definitive answer back to 94 at least.

Hunt is the perfect strike partner, he seems to bring the best out of everyone. Much like Heskey.

Im with Snowball on this one.
