soggy biscuit Very happy to be proved wrong if we are going to get some good money for him but why would the team in 8th in the PL be looking to sign a 26 year old bloke who struggled to get a starting place for the team in 23rd and going down?

to be fair we're 19th

Lol. Shows how much attention I pay

Really don't get why the baggies would want him, they have a better player of his sort in Shane Long. No way they could play together either

Well with Lukaku likely heading back to Chelsea and Odemwingie being an insufferable oxf*rd WBA will need another striker. Not sure if Le Fondre is the type of player they need, but £2m doesn't seem a fair deal IMO.

Similar yes, the same no. Small, quick, agile, run all day long, latching on to loose balls, chasing down, always there at the back post for the little tap ins. So yes similar

Cobi WBA fans seem to think they're prepared to pay £5m for him. I'd take that and bring in Charlie Austin who has 12 months left on his contract.

Sell him to the West Brom fans then.

Money doesn't matter so much for the club now, but we will have too large a squad for the championship if Adkins brings in a few players and cannot shift some out. We have got to get rid of the dead wood who won't make much of a contribution next year. If any team offers more than a couple of million for LeFondre we need to consider it.

Are you classing ALF as part of the 'dead wood' who wont make a contribution next year?

Very much. He is no use unless we are a goal or two down and chasing the game. We won't be in that position every single game if things go a bit better next year.

Do you actually go to games? (that's not a dig, but you don't appear to have watched either striker)

Off topic a bit but wouldn't it be lovely to discover a potential Steve Bull somewhere in the lower divisions?

That's the sort of bollocks MOTD would serve up and a girl would repeat verbatim to make them look like they actually understood football.

A woman in the fish and chip shop local said she reckons Le Fondre could be as good as Messi after we got promoted.

Why does everybody rimjob him so much.

Last Tuesday Pog was working tirelessly, got into some good positions, held the ball up well and ran his socks off. Yet gets sarcastically cheered when the little egotistical fatboy comes on. Who for half an hour did oxf*rd all and had only 5 touches of the ball.

When he starts in games he goes missing, yes he can score goals, there is no doubting his finishing but he's just not as a good as everyone states. Singing his name in the 50th minute like schoolgirls chanting one direction. Like one direction he is very much overhyped!
