That shirt was a big favourite of mine in 95, yet I'd never noticed hoops engraved into it.
That's terrible; but it's the sort of thing we'd have next year if we were with Puma.

Sorry, I am a snarky prick. FWIW I think it's a great shirt, totally simple but it works. The red away shirt from a couple of seasons ago was a good hark back to that, even the toothpaste-esque blue & white streak.
The 'barcelona' away shirt mentioned above would look much better with a modern fit and style, I just found some images of it and it looks very early '00s.

It doesn't work like that does it.
Jay would have to work for the kit manufacturer to have a say in the design. All the club do is pick the one they like the most from templates given to them by Puma.

I'd be happy doing the latter, I'd hate to see the rejected home kits from this season

Isn't that last years template, or very similar? I'd take a red all away kit with a white hoop though.
I've been told its very good, and I know what colour the away kit is

Hate to say it but they've done pretty well there. I guess we'll be going for thinner hoops.
