Alan Partridge Instead we have greyhounds like Walcott and oxlade Chamberlain who run down blind alleys or when they do have a chance to produce a ball in they put it into areas rather than actually having the composure to pick someone out.
Royal Rother Oxlade Chamberlain is Mr Blind Alley - he's got some serious learning to do. Good strength, fast and quite skillful but I'm not sure he really knows how to play in a team.

Alan Partridge Central midfield also a massive problem, I don't get the Carrick love, I just don't like players like him water carriers that spend 90minutes passing it square and moving 10 yards.

No Fixed Abode We're always going to be an average international team until we produce a Mata, a Silva, a Xavi, a Iniesta, a Ronaldo, a Messi, a Bale.
We have good players, but don't have any players who have that extra bit of technical skill and flare.

England's friendly with Brazil in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday has been suspended over safety issues at the recently-renovated Maracana stadium.
A court order on Thursday ruled that the game cannot go ahead.
But senior officials at the Football Association have told BBC Sport that they have received assurances from their Brazilian counterparts that the game will be played as scheduled.
The problem is understood to relate to the submission of necessary paperwork.

creative_username_1 I defo get the Carrick love in a Utd team. Watched him a few times and he made it look so easy barely broke swept, made the ball do all the work. I'm not sure i've ever seen him do the same for England. Wellbeck is coming along for Utd but can't see him being a prolific goalscorer inan England shirt
Wilshere>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Cleverly
What year did England fail to qualify for a tournament.....lost interest since then.

LUX supporting England is awful and has been since 1967.
the expectancy is enormous, the outcome almost always disappointing. Trouble is, I have not learned not to care.
