We simply couldn't compete with their parachute payments income, which gives them a club income 50% greater than ours despite their fickle fanbase. Hence the interest in joining Reading by ££££ Gus back in the winter.

Brighton, the most die-hard fans in the world apparently.

Nothing against Brighton at all, but it's nice to see that we've outbid someone for once.

He's proven he still has the hunger after his performances for Brighton.

I just hope it all goes through when the window reopens! Would be very pleased with Kelly, Gunter and Bridge (all internationals) as full back options with a.nother youngster In the squad.
