Ummm he didn't. Brighton paid him £10k a week and Man City paid the rest. He still got the full amount.

Was initially skeptical, but having read the thoughts of the BHA fans about his performances last year, I'm actually quite excited by this. Plus as others have pointed out we now have a very strong looking defence for next season.
