Great move for RFC, don't understand some fans problem. Obviously it's a short term fix, but it's a Marquee signing at this level. I think it's going to be a fun summer!

If we go up, yes.

For next season I think our midfielders are good enough, not sure what Adkins has in mind for the Championship tactics-wise but our wingers should easily trouble defences, so I can see most of our midfield attacking threat coming from them. Looking forward to Guthrie next season.

Obviously suits both parties but suggests Reading are going for it next season and not committing themselves unduly if they fail. Also perhaps he has been persuaded by talk of impressive plans and other big moves in the market....

I'd also be looking to add a striker or possibly 2 (Hooper & Sharp) a young and upcoming left back, additional cover at CB plus an attacking playmaker for midfield. Also it would be handy if we could get someone who's a bit special with a dead ball....

We have back-up CBs in Hector, Gorkss & Carrico with the youth as extra back-up. I'm happy with defense and midfield if nothing changes.
