For the level we were at Gorks, Legiertwood and Roberts were pretty significant signings and investments. They're odd examples to throw out there to make some point about limited resources.

The players released from Premier League clubs is a great place to start looking in our current position, hence the very good signing of Wayne Bridge this week.

Two things, Etherington and Albrighton seem to be good calls if they come without baggage, I'd choose Albrighton if it's either/or. More than a few quid I think International footballer and won player of the year in Bulgaria last year I believe.

I'd guess it will be guys who are either out of contract or have been made available for transfer by their clubs.

Can do a job in central midfield, centre back and right back (we need one of those). I would say he is better than Leigertwood and made quite a lot of appearances last season for Fulham. Would be a very useful, if not exciting, squad addition.
