I edited my comment as he wants to play in PL, so he wouldn't come on loan to us - but clearly Udinese are happy to loan him out still...

Exactly and if Udinese loan him out it will be to Watford - they aren't going to loan him or sell him to another Championship club as in their view that would be damaging to Watford's chances next season.
