Just to put it on context, last time we came down we signed Chris Armstrong and David Mooney. The week before Anton came in we signed Karl Sheppard.

Madness, and even if we get trumped on both deals it's good to see ambition running through the club.

SPL is just such an unbelievably poor standard it is quite hard to tell how good anyone there really is. Kris Boyd had a better goalscoring record, over a longer period of time and left at a similar age to Hooper is now. Boyd turned out to be comically poor.

Have seen Hooper play many games up here with Celtic, he is the real deal, impossible to compare him, as was done on this thread earlier, with Boyd completely different players. Either foot or with his head Hooper will definately score a hatfull of goals, clever player.
