Now I appreciate that standards are slipping and that spelling is increasingly seen as optional, but there is no excuse for misspelling a four letter word that is also the name of one of your favourite footballers. Only one "n" in "Glen Little"

In no particular order:
Shaka (what's the score?)
Em ewe are tee why
Shorey
Glen Little
Sonko (is superman)
Ingimarsson
Kitson (what a bargain)
Cureton (ibid)
Hahnemann
Convey

Honourable mentions: Kebe, Forster, J. Roberts, Williams, Pearce, Leigertwood, Doyle, Long, Sigurdsson. Wait, that's way too many...
For reasons other than ability: Bikey, Antonio, Parkinson, Cissé, Matejovsky, Carrico, Manset, Federici

My all-time favourites in no particular order:

Phil Parkinson
Dennis Allen
Robin Friday
Dylan Kerr
Tommy Jenkins
Jamie Cureton
Adie Williams
Shaka Hislop
Richie Bowman
Michael Gilkes.

Arguably not our best players ever but they were either entertaining or ready to die for the cause. In some cases both!

Royal Prince Do you mean the 4-3 game? The one where it hammered it down with rain? Absolute classic, and possibly my favourite Reading game ever!

Yes, it was 4-3 wasn't it  Rougier was a god that day.

Agree with the statement above, 10 is far to small an amount as I have left out some real legends.....

Difficult to limit to ten, let alone rank.

Robin Friday
Trevor Senior
Jimmy Quinn
Stuart Beavon
Darren Caskey
Simon Osborn
Steve Death
Shaka Hislop
Michael Gilkes

Note the presence of three skilful, ball passing, creative midfielders - hence me being pleased that Adkins is now our manager!

The best I've seen in each position, allowing for the fact that players have good and bad days:

Alex McCarthy (really is, IMHO the best keeper I've seen in a Reading shirt)
Murty
Upson
Marriappa
Bridge (technically, I know but he will be (probably) our best left back to date)
Kebe
Sidwell
Osborn
Little (05/06) (very close between him and Jobi)
Kitson
Forster.

Honourable mentions:

Kerr, Dubcheck, Archie, McAnuff, Hislop, Sigurdsson, Long, Doyle and Ady.
