Maybe the new shirt will be revealed when Drenthe signs - though I can't think the club would be that organised.

That would be a pretty good PR move.

I think that's a tad hopeful. It'll be July, as always.

The earliest we can expect the club to even mention anything will be the first week the players are back for pre-season.

I think it'l be the same template as the new Watford shirt, as with the new Uruguay away shirt worn last night...

He didnt day it was new to be fair.. but yeah i could see us with that template and then some batty boy hoops.. Imagine if we did a Cardiff or Sutton/Hull last year and just changed to a completley random (non hoop) kit. What would you guys think if that happend? Like we had a striped kit for example?

I'd probably be torn between doing the world's biggest shoulder shrug and LOLling at the indignance that would be all over here

A post from Reading FC - translates as "Dear HNA? Kindly shut the oxf*rd up with your whining. Much Love, CMZ and the gang".

New kits in July
Puma strips coming soon

The Royals' new Puma home, away and goalkeeper kits will all be revealed in early July, and will go on sale in mid-July.

The strips, all sponsored by Waitrose, will be available to pre-order early next month, and then in store shortly afterwards.

All adult season ticket holders will receive a £10 club discount voucher that can be used toward the new strips, and this will be sent out with season ticket cards early in the month. Junior season ticket holders are sent a £5 voucher.

There are lots of great items already in store and a sale is now on - go to http://www.readingfcdirect.com to see our full range!

What do they do with all the unsold old ones? Surely they must be lumbered with loads of last year's shite?

They still have all sizes available which usually means they have loads left so they may well be down to a fiver.

I've just noticed on the OS talking about the new kits, the pic in the middle could be a preview of the back of the shirt, as i've never seen us with Waitrose on the back, and looks like full hoops?
Anyone else think the same?

That's a great spot, unless it's a previously unused prototype?

When did we have that white shirt with the green diagonal stripe?
