Ok then lets turn this around.
Alan (the black guy) is taking a telephone call in his office, the bloke on the other end is setting up a visit with alan.
Bloke: "when I arrive at your office alan, how will I know who you are?"
Alan: you can't miss me mate, I am the black guy sat at the far end of the office"
Do any of you really think this does not happen in the real world ?
It seems that only white folk over react to these things, the black folks that I work with do not honestly give a toss
