It's never going to happen, but anyway, a neutral fan claims to have spotted Nigel Adkins out with Ricky Lambert in Oxford tonight.

It's most likely as harmless as Alex Pearce being out with Liverpool's Ian Ayre, but we can dream.

There never was a photo. This is a case of chinese whispers. Whether they met for a drink or not is irrelevant; someone decided to exaggerate the story by saying there were pictures and then another by claiming Nicky Hammond was there.

The original tweet came from a northern Saints fan who saw Ricky and Nigel together in a bar in Oxford I think it was. He didnt mention Hammond as I guess he wouldnt recognise him even if he had been there. Everything else is pure speculation. Very very unlikely Ricky would come to us.
