Blue & White Soup Jay tweet that dude who supposedly designed last year. All of us on HNA can support tweet to get his attention and he may direct you somewhere or give you a number.

I feel he would hold back information, considering i'd be taking over from him if I got the job

Would love a job at the club as a designer, whoevers doing it now has done an awful job of presenting a decent set of shirts.

FWIW I think the new home & away kits will look very nice (provided there are some hoops on the back).

Last year's one looked better on the players than it did in the release shots, I have faith that it will be the same this time around.

I don't like the way the Waitrose goes into the blue hoop

Really like the away shirt and will definitely be getting that to play five a side in.

Less of a fan of the home shirt, sponsor logo too low, the red doesn't work.

Still better than last year's home shirt though.

Looks like they've gone for a vertically hung Russian flag on our collar.

*edit* Although isn't it backwards?

Well that ruins that then! Not even a few hoops at the bottom.

Have to say the kit launch seems to be an utter shambles this season. Leaked on the football league site and then by all appearances leaked on the club's own website this morning leading to a hurried looking social media effort using the same images.

Surely the plan would have been to launch with some players modelling the kit - like other clubs do?

Apparently it does have hoops at the bottom.. yet to see an official picture though. I hope it does. A name and number break the top half up but you needs some colour down the bottom half.

Given the plain back, it's more of a reason for me to get a name and number I guess.. Though surely there must have been more images of the kit from yesterday at Marussia?

I'm guessing it's red numbering on the back, nothing wrong with that, but I bloody wish it would have hoops all of the way around. As long as it's not a completely plain back like 2011/12 I'll be happy.

I've always been a fan of away shirts more than home (last season excluded), but I can't bring myself to buy an away one first, as I like people to know what team I support when I'm heading from Manchester to whatever away game I'm going to on the train. Ridiculous reason I know, but it makes sense to me..

the Waitrose logo doesn't seem to curve with the contours of the shirt, so I'm assuming it's just a rushed Photoshop job. I can't see how any designer worth his salt would mess that up so badly...

Badge also too high up as to be almost on the shoulder. Waitrose should be on the next white hoop down.

Yep another one which is close, but no cigar.

Kes, all of those are wrong.

If it helps, the shirts are now on the club website.

Badge in the blue hoop perhaps?

The Puma logo looks to have a square round it which would suggest a potato shop as Stuka suggests
