Schards#2 Wayne Bridge wouldn't be a bad shout to resolve our left back dilemma.

He was on £90k a week last season

Perfect fit for QPR Then.

WE sign Wayne Bridge and QPR is trending because of it. God that man just hates to be out the media spotlight doesn't he.

Royal Rother To walk away or be fired with compensation.

Maybe he's aiming to claim constructive dismissal if not given what he wants.

This has got to be about as spot on as Schards' Bridge shout.

He obviously doesn't want to stay, but there's no way Mr Brown-Envelope is resigning and losing all that precious wonga if he can help it.

I can't believe anyone out there thinks he's worth £12m to be honest.

This is bollocks,
A- Why would they buy a player back for the same money and wages when his form and fitness contributed to Rangers relegation?
b- At 29 not many years left at the top level
c- The director of football at the Russian club must need his head examined, as I reckon Rangers would have bit there hand off at half the price just to get him off the wage bill.

The move has essentially become a six month loan deal - net outlay for the transfer is zero, just a transfer of the wage bill for six months

Steve Mclaren agrees to join QPR coaching team on short term basis.

This is a great deal for Anzhi.

They didnt really want to sell in the first place IIRC and were mighty surprised when QPR met their asking price. They've had him off the wage bill for six months and are getting back, for that league, a very good defender. Furthermore, his poor showings over here mean that no other club is likely to come sniffing around, so he's pretty much theirs to keep.

They're getting sl8d for that, but I think it's a good move.
