Billy Sharp talks with Reading going well. Told today just a few finer things to agree but they're nearly there. The club are hopeful of announcing the deal before close of play Friday.

Also told today that De Ridder has an offer on the table from Bournemouth but has told them he wants a move to France. Le Harve keen.

Another Southampton fan confident he's coming here. Hopefully so.

He didn't play in the Premier League for Southampton so we don't know if he is or isn't capable. Lots of Saints fans think he should have been given a go last season.

Agree. Whats the point of a forward who can't score when he starts? Sharp will fill that roll from the first whistle. Would be a good signing.
