I think he's a waste of space. Slow, lazy, cant keep the back, gets tackled all the time, can't shoot. People say that he would have been better with better service but ALFie didnt have a problem did he?

What do you guys think?

You are right, and nobody is going to argue with you, but it's not quite worth starting a thread about it.

You wouldn't start a thread about how Federici let in a few too many soft goals last year or one complaining about Kebe being injured a lot, so why start one about Pog being completely shit at football?

I think your analytical ability to judge footballing talent and performance is more lacking than Paul Brooker's footballing talent and performance. I value your contributions a bit more though. For example, I have no intention of shouting 'you're a useless streak of piss' at you.

Currently I would say we are one forward short. We need 2 if POG leaves.

Just ftr, and I don't really care if this is the right thread to put it in, but I think Blackman will be absolutely mustard for us next season. Feel free to quote me on this come March.

Hmm...he's won the UEFA Cup, was top scorer in that competition, UEFA Supercup, National League title, has 33 caps for his country and 8 goals and yet he's rubbish because he couldn't score goals in a team playing utterly repulsive football under a complete chump of a coach last season? God love some of our fans, they know so much about football...

Yeah, like I said he's a good motivator...very good in fact...but as a coach he's awful and his teams can only play long ball percentage football. His same tactics and misuse of the signings he made in the summer got us relegated again along with his refusal to spend money on players who were too good for his 'style' of play.

Well he's talking a good game up at Leeds...

McDermott looking to be best passing side

Leeds United boss Brian McDermott says he wants his side to be one of the best passing sides in the championship next season.

McDermott, who arrived at Elland Road with five games remaining last season as already showed his desire for a passing side in his short spell at the club, encouraging the players to pass the ball.

It was evident for all Leeds fans to see in the final five games of last season, as players were encouraged to play the ball out from the back and not the 'hoof ball` we had grown accustomed to under Neil Warnock.

The Leeds boss is away with the side on a ten-day training camp in Slovenia at the moment, and he is looking to see his side put his passing plans into action during the clubs three games during the trip.

Speaking on the official website , McDermott said, 'We want to be one of the best passing teams in this division, but pass with a purpose and an end product, and get into areas where we can hurt teams, and that's what we'll be looking for in the three games here.'

Leeds open their tour with a game against a Slovenian XI on Wednesday night.

The whites then face FC Domzale on Saturday before finishing their three game tour with a game against Hungarian side Ferencvaros next Tuesday.
