If you were smart you'd take the stuff out before sealing it up. Get them to smash their own wall up to remove something that's not even there.

Anyone with an ounce of common sense would have muted the camera, removed any time stamp, not included any individuals in the video, and then put it out after the work had been completed without fear of any comeback. The shirts and scalves have now been removed, the company has been fined the additional costs, and the dickhead lost his job.

I don't know how important it is in the building trade, but good luck getting a reference as well.
I guess the builders will need to use Jobsite now.
