I went to Twerton Park once to see Reading. I recall drinking with Finch Royal in the bar at the stadium. We got a bottle of wine in.

Good call! Always forget that Bath is in the county of Somerset now that it's a unitary authority on its own. And I've been to Twerton Park when the Gas played there!

Also played them in 1949 or so in the FA Cup at the old Huish ground, believe we won that one 2-1
