Man Friday I wasn't referring to you.
You're no genius are you?
by Ian Royal » 13 Aug 2013 23:19
RoyalinBracknell Presumably the 'you' isn't referring to any specific person currently but rather anyone - whoever they may be - who decides to boo on the night.

Then you quote me after I say you must be a moron, because you've called two people morons for intending to boo Brian, when they intend no such thing and have clearly stated it, calling me a moron, because you were directing the question at those who boo Brian (the question where you call people who'd boo Brian morons, and you're calling me a moron, ergo because you think I intend to boo Brian). And I'm the moron because you didn't mean me either?

It's pretty funny watching Reading managers move on after people question my judgements on here...
Coppell - stayed at RFC another year, failed...went to another Championship club, bottled it...never managed after
Rodgers - got promoted with Swansea by beating US, stayed up in the Prem playing good football, now rebuilding one of the biggest clubs in the country
McDermott - soon to fail at Leeds

Bandini Our current brand of so-called passing football is all well and good, but no-one can dispute that a McDermott team would have held on for the win on Saturday.
Don't get me wrong though, I still think that the manager has at least another couple of games grace period before Anton needs to start looking for alternatives.

That may well be true, but I don't think a McDermott team would have been 2-0 and 3-1 up in the first place. We always struggled with teams that played passing football through the middle under McDermott (Swansea, Cardiff, Peterborough, etc).
