Actually a fairly decent summary.
Mug someone or break into their house and steal from them, get a suspended sentence. Let off some coloured smoke, go to prison for three months. Great legal system we have.

A couple of red ones from the Liverpool fans.
A black one from the West Ham fans after one of their goals on the opposite side of the Trevor Brooking stand from our fans.
No pictures or the like and I can't be arsed to look for some.
As for the other statement, I've seen pictures of most other clubs using them, certainly most in the PL and Championship, and a fair few in League 1 and 2.
