Super Kevin Bremner!
Pepe the Horseman You're correct Ian, and you should never be ashamed of Jimmy Nail.

You should be ashamed about nearly everything else in your life however.

I just hope I'm a better liar than he is.

With Willian and Lamela set to sign spurs, genuinely think this could be a possibility.. Lets hope for some deadline day action

Highly doubt that considering they have Coutinho now and don't need him

It's all pointing to a return to the Madejski.

Coutinho has mostly been playing wide. That would leave room for Sigurdsson to slot into his AMC position.

As much as i love and miss gylfi this has no chance of happening, he loved his time with us but he is not going to put that aside for his own career. Very least he will go to a fulham/everton/west brom. Id love to be proved wrong but this has about 0.5% chance of happening

If anything only see a loan happening, maybe season long loan with a view to permanent if we go up. Still very unlikely, or if nothing this window, maybe if we are in a good position come january and he isnt getting game time maybe a loan for the rest of the season with a view to permanent if we go up.

Can you imagine an attacking midfield of Drenthe - Sigurdsson - Kebe.

I've just climaxed.

Yep. I can imagine that midfield getting utterly overrun and so much pressure being exerted on Alex Pearce that he completely loses the plot and dribbles the ball into his own net, like you used to do on old versions of FIFA when you got bored.

This is assuming 2 deeper midfielders covering the defence. 4-2-3-1 innit.

Kebe does help out his full back quite well. And Drenthe seems outraged every time anyone gets the ball off him, so can be relied upon to chase back on occasion.

It was ok, not as good as "He shoots, he scores, he's friends with Santa Claus. Sigurdsson!" But that's a bit seasonal. A Floyd effort I believe?
