Petric formerly of Fulham is available on a free. He was decent in his first few games for Fulham before the arrival of Berbatov, where he then ended up spending most of his time on the bench. We've already been linked to many strikers but if POG leaves as well then we will need another. Petric is worth a punt considering it's a free transfers. He's scored a decent amount of goals for each club he's played for bar a few.

so he was on roughly £10K a week at fulham, combined with his lack of form this season and that fact he's 32 and needs to keep playing he doesn't have the luxury to demand a high wage. Plus petric's wage at fulham isn't even high and is nowhere near the reported wage that the pog is on.

since it lists all reading players as on between 12,500 and 13,000 euros a week - from Simon Church through to the Pog - my guess is that that web site is not providing entirely accurate information

Great foruming there m8. The use of the words reported and roughly prove that your post is full of fact, and the rest of it is all relative. I would say 10k is quite a high wage for the Chumpionship. And Steven Gerrard is 32 and has just signed a new deal - I doubt he's dropped his wage as 'he needs to keep playing'

Also, that website looks like it has been put together by a bored 12 year old.

Would love Petric but it does strike me as being very short-termist, and to me would suggest Pog is off.
