We know the majority of players have the ability to perform against decent opposition of any level. The point they haven't been is proof they lack commitment & confidence. I fail to see how NA has changed this fundamental flaw in our squad which trumps poor tactics and lack of big money signings as reasons to worry... Can't help feeling Brian would have made a better job of this. As such an inexperienced manager he was only going to improve through learning, and that comes from making mistakes. We have a big squad, and a lot of dross.

The likes of Williams and Cummings could do a job brought into the first team. But a team made up of a our backups is clearly a bit shite as a whole. Particularly in defense.

All of that eleven should and could be able to do a job in our first team but this performance isn't about ability it's about mental approach, motivation and professionalism of the players on the pitch.

They've failed on that front and that comes down to their own attitudes and a significant slice of failure by the management team.

No no no no no no!!!! Don't you remember the players saying how motivated they were now and enjoying life much more under Nige?

Doesn't mean they can't fail to go into a game with the right attitude or that some of those players who have been left out of the early league games have taken it badly.
