Stevie G Whooshing aside, if the result was 3 points then fair play, however if the result was a team back on track then some are deluded. Went to the game today, we were awful, and given those on show were on the whole those who picked up under NA at the end of last season, and showed real promise in the early games this season, then I can only assume that the team are seriously unsettled, perhaps there's an agenda being played out. I fear all the talk of 3 signings will also result in very little that contributes in the short term to the first 11, so it will continue to be a bumpy ride with hope in the management that it will come together and we'll have a run that just gets us over the line. Yeovil were there for the tking, we were promised a backlash and the early intent an immediate return to the Prem, I'm feeling zhort changed. Wonder if Nigel will get his second post in tonight.

LUX2 world wars, 1 world cup Be sarcastic all you like but after Kebegate, Poshgate, and the backdrop of no clean sheets and no striker, to come away ge a clean sheet and a win, this is a big mental victory for the team and quite possibly the turning point of our season.
Cue two or three signings and a bit of a break and best of all Kebe f**king off I think we'll be in a great position.
No sarcasm needed - great result.
Just for the record, I am delighted with today's result.

SebastianEPR2.0 9th and that's even before our traditional post-Christmas form run.
Indeed
This time two years ago we were 20th, and we ended up as champions:

We're now 11 places better, so we could do even better than last time!!

FridaysGhost We have lost to a Blackpool side when we should have got at least a draw. Then again, with our aspirations we should have beaten Blackpool and the previous two opponents. We have been destroyed in the Cup by a Div 1 side and now we have been so poor away to Yeovil that only their bad finishing allowed us to win. Current reality says we are more likely to be going down than up. After a 1-0 win against a team we should score 6 against, suddenly the world is rosy? Give me a break!

1.6 points per game = 73 points and a decent shout of getting in the play offs. Nothing so far suggests we're in danger of a relegation fight.
Rhodes scored a brace today. Why don't you go and toss yourself silly over that.

Thought so, you're good at rubbish abuse but haven't a clue about the reality of our situation. Since the takeover, we have been seriously mentioned as suitors to quite a few decent players. If we had bought them all, we would have laid out about 50m plus wages (this is not every rumour but the decent players where the rumour had some foundation).
As things stand, had we bought all of them, we would very probably still be in the Premiership with all the financial benefits but, if not, their current value would be 80m!
Why is Rhodes not good enough for us? Why wasn't Zaha worthwhile? Why did we not buy Kondogbia? Now instead of of abuse, answer the bloody question!

FridaysGhost Sandman, it is a great pity that you are neither clever enough, nor controversial enough to be deleted fron HNA as all of the decent contributors have been. However, this is not quite yet a 'gang site' and your continuing issue of attacking the responder whilst being too thick to respond to the actual facts outlined is really getting tedious! Either grow up or F*ck off! For the sake of HNA in general, preferably the latter.
West Ham need dim fans and you fit the bill!
