Geekins10539.4 Miles Away Perth -> Darwin 754 hours
(Cheat boat to Bali)
Bali -> Calais 3055 hours
(Cheat Ferry to dover)
Dover->Madjeski 38 hours
Total Walking time: 5 months, 2 weeks, 6 days, 7 hours
At 10 hours walking per day: 1 year, 2 weeks, 6 days, 16 hours
Anyone up for doing the reverse? We'll meet somewhere around the India/Pakistan border I reckon
Working out from that time, i reckon you must live 10539.4 Miles away?

Westwood52 For reasons I won't bore you with did not have a car available , August 2012 and hate using the supporters bus (OK going but coming back is awful-and it does seem expensive) so I walked from the Triangle. From memory it took me about hour and a half-downhill all the way and very pleasant in the sunshine-couldn't face walking back up to the Tilehurst heights and luckily saw a neighbour at the game and cadged a lift from him.
I would probably do it again rather than catch the bus.

Green Interested to see how close to the ground fellow loyal royals live. (TIP: If unsure and it's a long way, put it into google maps and select "walking" )
15 hours 49 minutes for me. Not a journey I'd ever attempt on foot LOL.
