No Fixed Abode The signing of Sylvan Ebanks-Blake will be announced next week after the international break.

The next time you try to wind up some Reading fans, make sure you're aware a player is out injured and incapable of taking part in a medical.. He's expected to be out until October/November.

Royal Lady He hasn't said no yet because he's waiting to see if anyone better comes in for him. Clearly. Or he'd have said yes already.

He hasn't said yes or no yet because we haven't agreed a deal! Charlie Watts confirmed tonight that we are still some way apart, and Johnny Fordham made a very valid point earlier saying how surprised he was to hear we are effectively skint, yet fund the huge wages of Pogrebnyak AND are prepared to bring another massive earner into the club in Sissoko.. It doesnt add up! It's all PR. It's more Gylfi, more "we're trying to bring big names in to satisfy the fans" but what we'll end up with will be very different.

We don't have any choice but to pay Pogrebnyak. Maybe the reason we're far apart with Sissoko is because we're refusing to make him another massive earner.

Has anyone (at the club)actually tried to claim we're broke? I haven't seen it. We have a budget, and we won't go above what we feel a player is worth. Nothing wrong with that.

Obviously Pog was the exception of not going above what they're worth then.

Personally priority would be to get Kenwyne Jones or Cameron Jerome on loan for 3 months, next priority for me would be to try for Gylfi on loan

Those two moves should give us a great deal of creativity and threat and at least shut up us mug punters for a couple of games...

Of course they're all bound to be in the 25 man squads so we can probably forget all that anyway

A centre back won't be considered by the club until it does become an emergency.

Guidetti's loan move to Trabzonspor is off. Swedish media are suggesting City would prefer a loan deal to a Championship club. That's the level Adkins said he'd be looking at, go get him!

Now that is one loan that really might add something to the squad.

Why would RFC sign a player on loan who's not fit though?

According to this (in Swedish) he is injury free, but maybe a month away from match fitness. He is definetley very talented, but has been very unlucky with injuries. He needs competitive games so I think it would be a good move for both sides.

Would hate to see him find his form in another Championship side...

Someone give Nigel Bas Savage's number, I'm sure he's in our budget, just.
