Royal Lady I think he's saying that anyone who left early was a tosser. There were 22,000 in the ground at 80 mins and only 9,000 left at the final whistle. I think he should be applauded for counting them tbf.

Maguire Who cares if people missed the goal? You don't pay to see the goal, you pay to see 90+ mins of professional football, of which goals sometimes play a part.
I just about made it back to see the goal but tbh I didn't really care - it was a 0-0 game all day long and an unlikely winner didn't exactly ignite the flames of passion.
