I doubt it. It'll be yet another chance to bring in a very good player that'd surely give us what we need that we let slip away ( again ) This happens every window and it pisses me off!

Do you not think that for £300k more than what we paid for the useless Blackman we'd have got a bargain in Dorrans for £1.5m???

I think that once all football clubs start justifying their spending in relation to what we paid for Nick Blackman then they'll be bust within 2 years.

Dorrans is out of contract in June. There'll be a better deal on the table in January, and we'll also have other options that we'll be looking at. There's a reason that no Championship clubs have sealed this deal, WBA aren't massively keen on letting him out on loan so are demanding silly money.

And so endeth another "window" with no movement to sign anyone despite the fact that we have only 2 specialised experienced central defenders and no specialist left back.

Meanwhile the club "management" seem to have spent the recent week talking to yet another midfielder that, while I agree he would have been a great addition, is hardly our priority

It's like being back in 1946 having to make do and mend with everything, still with no visible owner and no visible money it's hardly a surprise really. Next up another thoroughly depressing January.

Dorrans would be superb. Get Dorrans and Sharp we look useful attack wise. Could still do with 3-4 others though (CB, LB, CDM). There's a lot to do this month if we want to get in the play-offs.
