3-0

Comfortable win with everyone playing with more confidence. Pog, Sharp and Pearce to score.

Somehow we will contrive to make a nail biter out of it.Something along the lines of a comfortable 2-0 half time lead followed by insane defensive lapse with 10 mins left of "normal" time gifting Charlton a way back in.An earlier Pog dismissal where he refused to leave the pitch results in 12 mins injury time during which time my elbows become stumps such that I can never post a prediction here ever again.

2-1 urz

3-2
POG to score an easy tap in early on after a quality cross for McCleary, then Gorkks will show great commitment to get in front of his man and head home a corner justs minutes later. On the brink of halftime Church will score just to shove a knife in our backs and in the second half, after a double change, he will score his second twisting the knife real slow so we feel every tiny movement. Our third will come right at the end with Obita capping off some good attacking play.

Charlton are on a poor run of form, sit just outside the relegation zone, their fans are turning on the manager, and we're coming off the back of a fantastic away win...

If this isn't a banker Reading defeat then I don't know what is.

Would be nice to see Church score and celebrate too. If he does that modern day mincey thing of showing everyone he is not celebrating then I will basically h8 him forever

grey_squirrel I confidently fly in the face of many other posters and predict Church will - as usual - be oxf*rd at the Madesjki, and fail - as usual - to score.

2-0 Reading.

See no reason why he should change the habits of a lifetime and score? He will doubtless be offside on several occasions and run powerfully at our players when they are in possession and stop dead just before he reaches them. I feel sorry for Churchy as he is apparently a really good bloke. His mate Kanu also continues to flatter but deceive. It seems every manager raves about him , plays him in the team then gradually realises that he is not what he seems. Only the diehard supporters witness the fact that both of these hot prospects are turning out to be well perhaps unkindly, damp squids. Not their fault as both seem fully committed but lets hope the new batch of youngsters will come through. It would be nice to emulate the successes that some clubs have such as Southampton in producing top players. Heres to the new development at Bearwood.
