He's been here nearly 9 months and they have gotten progressively worse.

I'm an Adkins fan but the problem is we haven't seen improvements! We don't even have 10-15min spell in games where we play decent football and get shots away!

For me it all depends on the ownership situation.
If it is to stay as it is now then Get Rid, square peg in a round hole, if it changes and there are substantial funds then we should give him the chance.
