Tbf I think Nigel is kicking himself for reconsidering and taking this job when he was first offered it. Ownership in shambles, prima donna players who think they are all of that because of one completely ineffective season in the PL, no money to invest in the club and (part of a) fan base that usually has me shaking my head in disbelief.

He is probably thinking right now he should have trusted his initial judgment and took a pass on the offer.

Thank fook we have 35 points on the board already. Getting the other 20-25 required to stay up could be quite gruelling.

Seriously what is happening to our club? :(

Listening to that interview we are in a very similar position now.

Except this time we need to back the oxf*rd manager not throw him under the bus.

10,000 hours to become an expert in a new skill. There aren't even that many hours in a year. Being okay is not enough at this level. This is why we are struggling on the ball and why there is oxf*rd all Adkins can do about it if we want to play a passing game.

If we don't give a shit about that we have the wrong manager. Personally, I give a shit about the football we play.

Modern football is finally chewing us up and spitting us out. Sigh.

We can't let our impatience and desire for immediate success compromise this.

It's great that you're willing to be patient on behalf of everyone else who doesn't want to waste every saturday watching turgid, limp football.

Personally, I can't see where the 'revolution' is heading. We don't pass the ball at all outside of our own third of the pitch. We don't play attractive football. We don't do anything that we're supposed to be doing. The core ingredients aren't even there. We just oxf*rd about at the back then hoof it forward. That's not a progressive style.

The sooner he goes the better.

Cliff notes on Adkins/Dellor? Someone mentioned that Adkins accused Dellor of leading/starting a campaign to get him out but what exactly was said?

Dellor can't win can he ! You halfwits moan when he doesn't ask the right questions and when he does your on his back !!! Stop shitting your pants and get real , Adkins with the help of TSI have fooked this club up and Dellor is spot on with his remarks. I cant remember a decent game this season which was worth the entry price , so the sooner Adkins and TSI fook off the better !

And the irony(?) of all of this is that we do have 35 points. The sense of entitlement I am seeing from the fans, and the players (some of whom seem to be quitting on the season), venting their fury about our "lost season" is too weird to even be considered fiction. From the fans, to the players, to management, every aspect of Reading FC right now can be best summed up as Team Dysfunctional. I am at a complete loss to understand anything that is going on right now with every aspect of this team. Maybe Kitsondinho is right...we have become (the worst of) what modern football has become.

Adkins accusing Dellor was off air but Dellor and Adie openly discussed it happening on air. Dellor then said he was annoyed by that as he has always supported him.

Adkins looking to deflect the blame from himself to anyone else he can think of for the past 9 months of turgid shite football. Tea lady at Hogwood next on his radar for over stewing the tea.

You are, by some distance, the most embarrassing poster to EVER appear on hobnob. You really should try and get out and make friends in your village.
A part-time Chelsea fan that gets his kicks posting drivel on the board of a Championship team.
Do you ever wonder why you have no mates? Take a look at yourself. Every time you post, everyone who reads hobnob cringes for you.
Back to your laptop lad. You know how much you love it.

It is odd to say the least and not a little annoying
As he is obviously not going anywhere quickly I suggest you put him on Ignore
