We have been spoiled as Reading fans over the past decade or so. Ok we have been pretty dire in recent weeks but his record suggests he can turn it round.

What is wrong with a couple of seasons consolidating in the Championship and learning a new style to go forward long term? We can't expect a promotion / playoff challenge every year...

Getting a new manager may solve a short term problem but I don't believe it is a long term solution. Have some patience people.
