Would these new rules stop a super rich owner be allowed to spend shed loads cash ?

That's why things like the Hotel are so important now. It beings in additional income. We need our fingers in as many pots as possible.

No idea if the Hotel is inclusive with any takeover but a deal to flog failed last year, so could well be on the cards.
