Yeh if I've got something I want to say about the club I'll use this portal TBF.

Have received a few of these recently and haven't even been to the game - but I'd be interested, for example, in what they intend to do with the answers for the question "What is most important to you in a Reading FC match" - I put players attitude and commitment, entertainment and the weather. LOLz. Not sure they can do anything about the weather for a start! I also put in "comments" that I wouldn't recommend an RFC match to friends until the quality of the play was a lot better and the manager realised that the way he wants to play is not working with the players currently at his disposal. Are they going to tell him that or something? Seems to me, it's a waste of time. Unless they just want to gauge who is interested in what flavour soup will be provided at various home games

Why? It gives you a chance to highlight what you're happy or unhappy about at the club - i.e. ticket prices, stewarding, food, parking, atmosphere etc.. It takes a minute to complete. It's a positive that the club want feedback. If you don't offer any, but you're not happy with things at the club, you really shouldn't moan.

I didn't get this survey. Where can I sign up so I can complain about the manager?

H/T queue for beer should be a weekly complaint. Also the quality of shitty brews on offer.

Brighton was a great example of an efficient and well stocked bar in a stadium.

I did actually reply to this on new years day. I just said the goal music is sh1t & needs to be binned & an anthem for kick off would be good ala Sweet Caroline like we used to have.

I guess if you don't respond you can't moan if things don't change.

Can't agree enough with both of those.

Brighton was an eye opener, my first visit there, and possibly the best service and experience in terms of stadium set-up I've experienced. Everything just worked well.

Exactly, and we say the same things every time. Hopefully the more they hear it, the more likely they will be to listen.

For us, bin the goal music, relax the stewarding in Y25/26 and allow the small amount of us to stand, that in turn improves the atmosphere. Being told to sit down has the reverse affect.. Also like your idea of having a song the club/fans can relate to for the team to come out to every week!

We all know the club will go with something cringey for the families... possibly something like Gangnam Style - complete with Kingsley & Queensley acting out the moves in the centre circle

We should just come out to the Rainbow theme tune and be done with it.

Works for me.

While we're at it I'm gonna venture Button Moon to be played at F/T:

I have long advocated The Boys are Back in Town - what's not to like about the chorus and the ability to even play air guitar along to it? Plus looks like we'll not be granted City status for a while yet, so we're still a town and it's a home game, ergo they're back in town.

Some might suggest:

Smalltown Boy(s)

Dirty Old Town

Big dreams in a small town

...but yours is more catchy
