And there are still those who say that punctuation isn't important. :|

He's right though - he won't go to West Ham - they haven't got any money left after they spunked the lot on Christmas.

Theo Walcott I wonder how many of the 'spend big' mob have run a business and would actually dig deep themselves. Sixth in the league seems pretty good to me given how apt RFC are rallying in the second half of the season.

FO Newbie.

We don't know who's buying the club, how much can they've got or what their intentions are. Additionally, we've potentially just made money on the Shane Long transfer and Baird/Sharps wages are not being paid anymore. A loan signing to the end of the season is probably not digging deep in the eyes of most football club owners. Anyway, what has being sixth and playing well got to do with not strenghtening the side with a proven goalscorer at this level?

Shocking first post. ;)

Agent Balti
PistolPete With Hull signing Jelavic and Long could Sunderlan take him back and send him to us? Could be a good option...

Wouldn't you say we need another type of forward than Graham? I can't see him giving us anything different to the Pog or Alfie. (I exclude Sharp for the same reason.)

I wouldn't say Graham is similar to Pogrebnyak or Le Fondre, he's much more like Long than either of them. He'd also be a very good signing IMO but I can't really see it happening.

Had one great season at Watford about 4 years ago ... but other than that pretty poor (but most or even all of last 4 seasons were in Prem ...).

I do run a business and I know when to spend big when required and I know when not doing so is beyond stupid. Our lack of investment in the PL and the summer was quite frankly a f*ckup for a team expecting to stay up or go straight back up.

You're a little too late to be a club apologist. Those who did that before the ownership mess up came to light are now some of the silliest looking posters on HNA, who are better of signing up again with a different username in my opinion. Why your opening post would be to choose to be one of them is confusing.

Do you still defend the Iraq invasion believing there were WMDs? Just curious.

Best think up another username buddy!

The invasion wasn't really a bad thing at all. The bad things were the lack of clearly defined mission parametres and an exit strategy. And trying to convince people it wasn't about Bush snr's unfinished regime change business and that there were WMDs that could threaten the UK rather than just battlefield WMDs.

You mean if the Government hadn't lied about the rationale, objectives, capabilities and planning, then it would have been ok to launch an invasion that has cost hundreds of thousands of lives?

Can't be arsed to read it all. Are we now saying that Danny Graham is responsible for gassing Kurds?
