Halford. Twat. Of the highest, gangly-limbed, talentless yet over-egoed, arrogant, mindless, deeply thick order.

Keith Scott. (Never forgiven for his Swine celebrations with Jan Aage Floortile or whatever the fuck his name was when the bastards beat us 3-1 one time at the Pigswill Bowl.) Compounded by his hissy fit on PANTS day when the inert piece of timber managed to score by some defiance of the laws of physics. Cunt.

Matt Mills. (I nearly softened to this twat when he scored at Wembley against the Welsh as it was the first time I'd ever seen him display any passion that wasn't about him. But it soon wore off. Infantile tosser.)

Shorey. (The biggest sulk this side of Christendom where he switched off for ever from any interest in the club that had signed him from obscurity and had put him on the map.)

Keith Curle. (Simply for signing for Wolves - although I except Adie, Gilkesy and Hanneman from such crimes as they were genuine Reading types, in my opinion.)

(Honourable mention to Stephen Hunt - solely and irrationally for his gross miss of an open goal against Blackburn that may have been pursuant in our staying in the Hairband League in the second season we were first there - also for wearing a fucking Alice Band. Unforgivable. And for signing for Wolves (See: Keith Curle, above).).

Special Mention to Darren Caskey for wearing gloves at Wycombe away. Pouve.

No hatred though, these are after all human beings who probably have their qualities I am sure.

Just pure irrational football-based prejudice and dislike that is forgotten after a few shants.

But necessary nonetheless.

Victor Meldrew Agree that hate is a bit strong but for me:-
Michael Meaker-we swapped one of our greats Simon Osborn (plus a bit of cash) for him.
David Leworthy
Craig Maskell
Ian Harte

I know Simon Osbo(u)rn(e)s' brother. Very intelligent chap.

Poor form from a large proportion of the Reading crowd in their treatment of Stephen Hunt today imo.
Even before his challenge on McCarthy he was getting quite a bit of stick.

Came over to clap the Reading fans at the final whistle, and still quite a few people were acting like oxf*rd.

Brayson
Sheppard
Fae
Matejovsky
Ady Williams (not because of anything he did for Reading on the pitch, absolute legend but the way he pronounces Peterborough, Birmingham and Cazorla really annoys me. Plus I couldn't think of a proper fifth.)

True, but he can do no wrong. Even when he played for Wolves he had a mare and helped us win!

I just feel sorry for Brayson. It's not his fault he was genuinely useless. He did at least try.

Surprised so many people think Colgan was worse than Shepperd and Van der Flaap.

Matt Mills - absolute utter cúnt. Thought he was far better than he was, hoof after hoof after hoof, deliberately delayed hoofs until forwards closed him down so as he could claim fouls / get players booked, dived at every opportunity which is ridiculous for a centre back, bottled big headers, threated a Reading fan for daring to offer his opinion that he thought Mills was quite good (bizarre on many levels) and got his mates to video him smashing up supermarket shelves.

Lita - faux gangster cúnt.

I also strongly disliked Shaun Goater and Paul Brooker for regularly putting in performances that were so dire that I genuinely believe I could have done better for much of the time.

Shorey is pretty much the only former Royal who I wouldn't give a polite round of applause to if he played against us

Paul Holsgrove - Two things at EP - One when I won the Golden Gamble and that twat tried to present me with the cheque and dropped it in the mud. The second in his last game for us after playing like a complete twat for the last 5 games gave the South Back the middle finger and mouthed "oxf*rd off".

Jeff Hopkins will always be a real gentleman to me for taking the trouble in the rain to come across to our little corner near the Town Hall when some 'jobsworth ' was busy ushering the players into the beanfeast. Legend in my eyes.

Leroy Lita - what a complete and utter bell end this guy is.

Walked through town as if he was gods gift.

He was abrupt with the youngsters wanting his autograph outside the ground.

Completely ignored people when asked questions.

Has a huge chip on his little shoulders

Bit confused by that explanation for Hopkins, not solely because the PO Final was in 1995, but also because Hopkins was on the bench and only came on because Skippy couldn't keep playing after an injury.

He took part in the parade and was the only one to meet everyone assembled by the Forbury gates who came out to cheer and was, after all a member of the squad.
